Order Tracking
Once an order is processed you will receive an order number. You will receive shipment tracking information by e-mail.
Delivery Timing and Rates
Shipments will normally be sent by Fedex, DHL or UPS (for Canadian Customers) service. Generally this takes approximately 5-10 business days.
Orders are shipped on business days Monday through Friday except holidays.
NO shipping + handling fee for regular ground courier service. Additional shipping methods may be proposed to you at your cost depending upon your location (ie. FedEx or DHL).
Limitations
* These free shipment rates apply to Canada and United States.
* P.O. Box Orders cannot be accepted.
* The Buyer is responsible for all local taxes, VAT, or others as such may be applied locally according to your location.
Returns
At Inspire Beauty we will discharge any product returned to us.
